Three. qualifications
(1) The applicant shall meet the following conditions:

6. Master students should be under 30 years old in principle (born after June 30th,1991); Doctoral students should be under the age of 35 in principle (1born after June 30, 986);
7. On-the-job personnel must provide proof that the work unit agrees to apply for the exam. Under the same conditions, professional related work experience is preferred.
8. Have other qualifications required by the position to be hired and other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.
(2) In any of the following circumstances, registration shall not be granted:
1. On-the-job personnel of institutions in Yanshi area;
2. Persons who have received criminal punishment or are suspected of breaking the law and are under investigation;
3. Persons who have been expelled from public office, student status and China Party membership;
4. Persons affected by admonishing conversation, organizational handling, disciplinary action and government actions. Or suspected of violating discipline and law, being examined by the relevant authorities, and no conclusion has been reached;

Fourth, the way to introduce talents.
Take a direct physical examination or organize an interview for recruitment. The specific introduction methods are as follows:
(1) Check directly. After examination, eligible doctoral students are enrolled through direct physical examination.
(2) Organize interviews. After passing the examination, graduate students will be recruited by organizing interviews.
For qualified full-time doctoral students in well-known universities, we will take a one-on-one discussion, open up a "green channel" throughout the year, and introduce talents in a timely manner.

3. Specific requirements. Each person can only choose one post to register. Registration and interview must use the same valid second-generation resident ID card. The major to be registered must be consistent with the professional requirements of the corresponding academic level, and the professional name must be consistent with the graduation certificate.
(2) Qualification examination
1. (4) Interview
This recruitment work will not be written, but will directly enter the interview (doctoral students will enter the physical examination without examination), and the interview time and related requirements will be notified separately.
1. Personnel in the registration area and institutions directly under the health system:
A structured interview was conducted to examine the candidates' abilities in logical thinking, organization and management, analysis and judgment, language expression, interpersonal communication, improvisation, emotional stability and politeness. Candidates with interview scores of 100 and below 75 are not allowed to enter the next stage. (Candidates who apply for the same position and interview in an interview group have the same interview results as those at the interview site; Candidates who apply for the same position and are interviewed by two or more interview groups, the interview results are obtained by the weighted average of the on-site results. 2. Those who fail to attend the medical examination at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up automatically. When a job vacancy occurs due to unqualified medical examination or voluntary abandonment of candidates, it will be replenished from high score to low score according to the effective interview results of the same position.
(6) Investigation
1. For those who pass the physical examination, according to the introduction plan of the positions they applied for, and according to the order of the effective interview results of the candidates from high to low, the candidates who enter the inspection link are determined in equal amounts. The inspection was conducted by individual talks, field visits, and file access, focusing on the ideological quality, moral quality, professional ability, work performance, etc. of the imported talents, and the qualification examination and inspection were conducted together. Vacancies caused by candidates voluntarily giving up the inspection or failing to pass the inspection shall be filled in the order of effective interview results from high to low.
2. During the inspection stage, a service agreement should be signed to clarify that the distribution of imported talents is subject to organizational arrangements, and the minimum service life is 5 years. Those who do not sign are deemed to have given up automatically.
(7) Publicity
After investigation, the proposed employment list will be publicized on the website of Yanshi District People's Government (/) for 5 working days. (Once publicized, the vacancy will not be filled)
(8) Employment
After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection to the talents to be introduced or there is no employment problem after investigation, the leading group for introducing high-level talents from the district shall report it to the Standing Committee of the District Committee for study and deliberation. The leading group for the introduction of high-level talents in the district determines the work unit according to the professional and work needs of the introduced talents, and the departments of preparation, human society and finance are responsible for handling the relevant procedures for the introduction, and the organization department and party school are responsible for pre-job training for the introduced talents. The introduction of talents has signed a labor contract or employment agreement with the relevant units, and I am responsible for the termination with the relevant units.
