The new factory is located in Qiangzhou North Road, Hanyuan Town, ningqiang county City, Shaanxi Province, which is 10 km away from the old factory. The total investment of the project is 25.4 million yuan, covering an area of 15786.74㎡, of which 21630,000 yuan (equipment international bidding18.23 million yuan, civil engineering 4.8 million yuan) is used by Tianyang Pharmaceutical. According to the requirements of good manufacturing practice, the project has built two production workshops (pretreatment workshop, extraction workshop and solid preparation workshop) conforming to GMP standards, of which the construction area of pretreatment workshop and extraction workshop is1.650m2, that of solid preparation workshop is 421.2m2, and that of boilers and other auxiliary facilities is over 300m2) and four preparation production lines (pills and boilers). The whole technical renovation project * * * purchased new equipment 149 sets, including 28 sets of pretreatment and extraction workshop equipment and 15 sets of auxiliary power equipment.
