Lufthansa's regulations on luggage size

The maximum luggage size of Lufthansa is 158 cm (length+width+height).

In economy class/preferred economy class, luggage with a single weight exceeding 23kg (up to 32kg) and/or a size exceeding 158cm (the sum of length X+ width Y+ height z) is considered as overweight luggage. In business class or first class, 1 pieces of luggage with a size exceeding 158cm (the sum of length+width+height) are considered as overweight luggage.

Baggage items weighing more than 32kg will not be checked baggage, but can be transported as air cargo. If the air cargo is sent from Germany, you can also check the relevant information through Lufthansa Freight.

Precautions during flight:

1. Passengers are allowed to bring a small amount of cosmetics for their own use. Each piece of cosmetics is limited to one piece, and its container volume shall not exceed 100 ml, and it shall be put into a bag separately and opened for inspection.
