Go to the local organic certification center,

1. The applicant submits a formal application to the Organic Food Certification Sub-center, receives the organic food certification application form, and pays the application fee.

2. The applicant fills in the application form for organic food certification and receives relevant documents at the same time.

3. The Organic Food Certification Center requires the applicant to establish the enterprise's quality management system, technical measures of quality assurance system and quality information tracking and processing system in accordance with the requirements of this standard.

Organic product certification in China belongs to the category of product certification. According to the Regulations on Certification and Accreditation of People's Republic of China (PRC), Administrative Measures for Certification of Organic Products (Order No.67 of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine in 2004), CNAS-CC23: 2006, General Requirements of Product Certification Institutions, Guide to Application for Certification of Organic Products and international practices, organic certification procedures generally include certification application and acceptance (including contract review), document review and on-site inspection.

When applying for certification in writing, the applicant shall submit the following materials to the organic certification body according to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Organic Product Certification: ① The applicant's legal business qualification documents, such as business license, land use certificate, lease contract, etc. (two) the basic information of the applicant and the organic production and processing, such as the name, address and contact information of the applicant, and the scale of production and processing, including the description of variety, area, output and processing capacity; (3) Origin (base), including geographical location map, plot distribution map and plot map; (four) the production, processing and sales plan of the organic products applying for certification; (5) Certification materials on the environmental quality of the place of origin (base) and processing; 6. Qualification certification materials of relevant professional and technical and management personnel; (7) A statement to ensure the implementation of organic product standards; Quality management system documents of organic production and processing; Pet-name ruby other relevant materials.

According to the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine's Management Measures for Organic Product Certification, the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of CNCA Organic Product Certification and GB/T 19630 National Standard for Organic Products, enterprises must pass the organic certification if they want to sell their products as organic products. Institutions engaged in organic product certification must obtain the approval of China National Certification and Accreditation Administration (CNCA). Approved certification bodies are published on CNCA website. Only certification institutions approved and published by CNCA are legal institutions that can engage in certification activities. You can check the list of certification bodies approved by CNCA on its website. The public can also inquire about the national food and agricultural products certification enterprises and their certified products through the "food and agricultural products inquiry" service area of CNCA website.

According to the strategic deployment of "trinity and overall promotion" of green food, pollution-free agricultural products and organic food certification work of the Ministry of Agriculture, the organic food certification procedure and organic food labeling have been officially launched.

Measures for the administration of organic certification

Article 7

Organic product certification bodies (hereinafter referred to as certification bodies) shall obtain legal person status according to law, and may engage in organic product certification activities within the approved scope only after being approved by CNCA.

The ability of certification bodies to carry out certification activities shall meet the requirements of the national standards of relevant product certification bodies.

Inspectors engaged in organic product certification and inspection activities shall be registered by the national Certification staff registration agency before they can engage in organic product certification and inspection activities.

Article 8

Producers and processors of organic products (hereinafter collectively referred to as certification clients) may voluntarily entrust certification institutions to carry out organic product certification and submit application materials specified in the detailed rules for the implementation of organic product certification.

Certification institutions shall not accept the certification entrustment of certification clients who do not meet the environmental requirements of the origin of organic products or products outside the certification catalogue of organic products.
