According to information released by the Xingtai Ministry of Education, it passed the undergraduate teaching qualification assessment in May 2023, and was determined to be a master's degree student in December 2023, authorized to establish a project construction unit. Therefore, Xingtai University will have a master's degree program in December 2023.
In March 1996, it merged with the original Xingtai Education College and Xingtai Economic and Management Cadre School to establish Xingtai Normal College. In March 2023, it was upgraded to Xingtai College with the approval of the Ministry of Education.
