Notice on the implementation of motor vehicle restrictions

In order to alleviate road traffic pressure and reduce vehicle pollution emissions, it is decided to implement motor vehicle restriction measures throughout the county. The announcement is as follows:

First, the time limit. September 10 to September 30th, 2000, from 7: 00 to 20: 00 every working day; Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays are not allowed.

Second, limit the scope. All roads within the administrative area of this county, including urban roads and expressway, except expressway.

Third, limit the content. For non-operating small (light, micro) cars (including temporary number plates and foreign number plates), they are restricted twice a day according to the tail number of the number plate. From September 10 to September 30, 2008, 4 and 9, 5 and 0, 1 and 6, 2 and 7, 3 and 8 are prohibited on working days respectively; If the tail number of the license plate is in English letters, the last Arabic numeral shall prevail.

Four, the following motor vehicles are not restricted by the above measures, and are allowed to drive on the roads within the forbidden range:

(1) Police cars, fire engines, ambulances, engineering rescue vehicles and military vehicles performing tasks;

(2) Special postal vehicles (including express delivery vehicles), fuel (gas) vehicles and fresh products vehicles (that is, vehicles transporting fresh agricultural products, including fresh vegetables, fruits, fresh aquatic products, live livestock and poultry, fresh meat, fresh eggs and fresh milk, etc. (a) in accordance with the provisions of the normal no-go zone traffic trucks;

(three) administrative law enforcement vehicles that unify the body signs and perform law enforcement tasks;

(five) pure electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles, fuel cell vehicles and special vehicles for the disabled (disabled drivers) with legal licenses.
