First, the monthly minimum wage in the first-class areas of our province is adjusted to 1570 yuan, and the hourly minimum wage is adjusted to 14 yuan; The monthly minimum wage in the second category is adjusted to 1.400 yuan, and the hourly minimum wage is adjusted to 1.3 yuan; The third monthly minimum wage is adjusted to 1 180 yuan; The hourly minimum wage is adjusted to 12 yuan.
Second, adjust the regional categories where the minimum wage standard is applicable in the three counties and districts of our province: adjust Chenggong District and Songming County from the second-class areas to the first-class areas; Adjust Deqin County from the third-class area to the second-class area. See the attached table for the specific standards implemented by each region.
Third, the monthly minimum wage is applicable to full-time employees. Wages included in the monthly minimum wage standard include the basic old-age insurance premium, unemployment insurance premium, basic medical insurance premium and housing accumulation fund that individual workers should pay according to regulations; It does not include overtime pay paid to workers, allowances under special working conditions such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, underground, toxic and harmful, and welfare benefits of workers stipulated by laws, regulations and the state.
The hourly minimum wage applies to workers who are employed part-time.
Four, this standard applies to enterprises, individual economic organizations, private non-enterprise units and workers who form labor relations with them in our province. State organs, institutions, social organizations and workers who have established labor relations with them shall be implemented with reference to this standard.
Five, all localities should increase the publicity of raising the minimum wage standard, strengthen the supervision and inspection of the implementation of the minimum wage standard, timely correct and deal with the violation of the minimum wage provisions by employers, and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
