Generally, the judicial department (such as traffic police force, police station and court) conducts corresponding disability appraisal according to the relevant admission records provided by the hospital or entrusts a disability appraisal institution. There are significant differences between disability appraisal and injury appraisal in criminal cases in many aspects. Disability appraisal standards are determined by the state and then implemented by local governments, so as to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the disabled and promote social harmony and stability. There are many kinds of disabilities, and all kinds of disabilities should be implemented in contrast.
After accepting the case, the authentication institution shall assign personnel with social professional judicial authentication qualifications to undertake the authentication work, and the same authentication matter shall be carried out by two personnel with social professional judicial authentication qualifications. Personal disability appraisal procedures:
If a worker is injured at work and needs disability identification, he must first apply to the Human Resources or Social Security Bureau for work-related injury identification and apply within 30 days from the date of the work-related injury accident.
If the employee applies within 1 year, he/she needs to fill in the application form for work-related injury identification, and prepare the labor contract between the employee and the employer and the diagnosis certificate of the employee's medical treatment.
Employees with special circumstances may apply to the administrative department of social insurance for an appropriate extension. If a worker is unable to go to the human resources or social security bureau for work-related injury identification due to physical reasons, he may entrust his immediate family members and trade unions to help him apply for work-related injury identification.
Materials to be submitted for work-related injury identification:
If the information is incomplete, the appraiser needs to prepare the following information. The administrative department of social insurance will inform the applicant in writing of all the materials that need to be corrected within 15 working days.
1. The appraiser needs to fill in the application form for work-related injury identification uniformly printed by the Ministry of Social Security and the Ministry of Human Resources.
2. The appraiser needs to prepare a labor contract with the employer. Or other evidence that can prove that the appraiser has worked in the employing unit.
3. The appraiser needs to issue a medical diagnosis certificate from the hospital.
4. If the appraiser applies for work-related injury appraisal due to occupational diseases, he/she needs to submit the occupational disease diagnosis certificate or occupational disease diagnosis appraisal book.

Twenty-fifth districts of the city labor ability appraisal committee after receiving the application for labor ability appraisal, it shall randomly select 3 or 5 relevant experts from the medical and health expert database established by it to form an expert group, and the expert group shall put forward the appraisal opinions. According to the expert group's appraisal opinions, the municipal labor ability appraisal committee with districts makes a conclusion on the labor ability appraisal of workers with work-related injuries; When necessary, a qualified medical institution may be entrusted to assist in the relevant diagnosis.
The municipal labor ability appraisal committee of the community shall make a conclusion of labor ability appraisal within 60 days from the date of receiving the application for labor ability appraisal. When necessary, the time limit for making the conclusion of labor ability appraisal may be extended by 30 days. The conclusion of labor ability appraisal shall be delivered to the units and individuals applying for appraisal in time.
