Conditions for holding job fairs for talents

Holding a job fair for talents shall abide by the relevant laws, regulations and rules of the state, adhere to the principles of equality, voluntariness, fairness, honesty and trustworthiness, and meet the following conditions in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Talent Market and the Measures for the Examination and Approval of National Talent Exchange:

(1) The agency qualification is a talent intermediary service agency approved and licensed by the personnel department at or above the county level. The agency qualification conditions for holding provincial talent recruitment fairs shall be stipulated by the personnel department of the provincial government, and the agency qualification conditions for holding national talent recruitment fairs shall be implemented in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the Measures for the Examination and Approval of National Talent Exchange.

(two) must be approved by the personnel administrative department at or above the county level (hereinafter referred to as the examination and approval authority).

(3) The name and content of the job fair must be consistent with the business scope of the organizer, with a strict organizational plan, safety work plan and emergency plan, a place suitable for its scale, and other conditions stipulated by the state and the provincial people's government where the job fair is located.
