In recent years, with the increasing application of plastic mold CAD/CAE/CAM, there is an increasing demand for compound talents who can use AUTOCAD, Pro/E, UG and other drawing software and have certain working experience. Statistics from China Mould Industry Association show that Guangdong alone needs at least 200,000 mold designer. In Beijing, Guangdong, Zhejiang and other places, mold designer, mold developers and mold maintenance personnel have become the most scarce talents in the talent market. Although many enterprises recruit experienced mold designer with a monthly salary of 6,000 yuan and an annual salary of 654.38 million yuan, they may not be able to recruit suitable talents.

It is also known that Guangdong will hold two mold designer vocational qualification examinations in September and June this year at 5438+ 10.

There are more than 6,000 mold enterprises in Guangdong Province, and if they need 100 skilled workers on average, they need more than 600,000 employees. However, there are only more than 200,000 employees in Guangdong mold enterprises, with a demand gap of more than 400,000. Among them, about110 people are engaged in mold design, and there is a gap of 40,000 in mold designer. In Guangdong, the monthly salary of ordinary mold designer is around 4,000 yuan, while the number of senior mold designer is very small, with a monthly salary of around 8,000 yuan. In Guangzhou, Dongguan and other places, the annual salary of a professionally trained and experienced mold design and mold manufacturing technician often exceeds 654.38+10,000 yuan.
