Application status of oil and gas discharge treatment device

With the promulgation and implementation of the Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Gas Stations, the application of oil and gas emission treatment devices is increasing. At present, the mainstream processes are adsorption, condensation, condensation+adsorption, condensation+membrane and so on.

Adsorption method, using the adsorption force of adsorbents such as activated carbon, silica gel or active fiber to the oil-gas/air mixture, realizes the separation of oil-gas and air. Oil and gas pass through adsorbents such as activated carbon, and the oil and gas components are adsorbed on the surface of the adsorbents, and then desorbed under reduced pressure or steam, and the enriched oil and gas is pumped to an oil tank by a vacuum pump or liquefied by other methods; However, adsorbents such as activated carbon have little adsorption power to air, and the unabsorbed tail gas is discharged through the exhaust pipe.

Condensation method, using refrigeration technology to replace the heat of oil and gas, realizes the direct conversion of oil and gas components from gas phase to liquid phase. Pure condensation gas station oil and gas emission treatment equipment is also used, but to meet the emission standards, it must reach a very low temperature and consume a lot of energy. Considering that the oil and gas processing capacity of gas stations is not very large, it is not economical. At present, the methods of "condensation+adsorption" or "condensation+membrane" are mostly used in gas stations, while the methods of pure condensation are mostly used in refineries and oil depots, which can achieve a certain return on investment.

The "condensation+adsorption" method first condenses the oil and gas to about -40 degrees, so that most of the oil and gas is liquefied and the rest is adsorbed by the adsorption tank. Because of adsorption, the recovery rate can be high and the emission concentration is low, which can reach the national standard. In addition, the condensed low-temperature oil and gas also effectively prevent the activated carbon adsorption bed from easily generating high-temperature hot spots. At the same time, the problem of excessive energy consumption in deep cooling is avoided. This technology is mature and widely used. At present, Jiangsu Huili Special Company has adopted this technology.

The method of "condensation+membrane" uses polymer membrane to separate condensed gas, which has good emission effect and high gasoline recovery efficiency, but the cost of membrane is also high. At present, Zhengzhou Yong Bang and other companies have adopted this technology, and Yong Bang has also taken the lead in obtaining the non-electric explosion-proof certificate of compressor.

In fact, both primary recovery and tertiary recovery can be treated together with oil and gas emission treatment devices, and Shanghai is planning policies in this regard.

At present, it is impossible to produce a second-time recycled refueling gun with an air pipe in China, which is mainly imported, expensive and easy to be damaged, and its service life is about one year. Production companies include American OPW and other companies.
