I have met many people I admire, but few people can make friends with them. Although I really want to know these elites, I can only make a few pleasantries, so I don't have much chance to get to know them in depth. The so-called elites I met all have the following characteristics.

This is a characteristic of many elites. All the people I meet who can be called elites are like this. They are absolutely capable of mastering their major and know their major very well. Elite is a major in a major. We can clearly feel the difference between ourselves and those elites, and we can also feel that the elites are constantly working hard, that is, they seem to have the same talent in their majors.

Second, I have a second hobby outside my major.

In fact, elites have a so-called second hobby outside their majors, which many people can't think of. They often know someone who is outstanding in some way, but don't think that this person is interested in other things in his spare time. There are many elites who are good at music and some sports, no matter what. Almost all elites have a second hobby, such as a business elite, but they are also very good at some sports or music, which is the characteristic of many elites. They are professional and have made achievements in many fields.

Third, the attitude of persistence.

In fact, there are many kinds of elites I meet, some are stingy, some are generous, some are arrogant and some are humble, but their personalities can't affect their excellent level in a certain major, so what I see from these elites is a persistent personality. If they are not persistent enough in a major, they will achieve nothing. In any case, a person is a persistent attitude towards himself. This is the quality of the elite. I just see that many people's lives are a mess, but they are still so confident in their professional problems and have always been firm in their goals. Even if they don't succeed, I still think such people are elites.
