So on the afternoon of XX, XX, I entered Lifan Passenger Car Co., Ltd. located in the northern new area with great expectation. I found my own position in the company, working as a small quality inspector in the painting workshop. Unconsciously, six months have passed, and when I received the notice from the school, my internship ended in the fleeting time.

Looking back on six months' work, I felt bitter and tired, and of course I laughed, but I learned a lot of practical knowledge. As a graduating college student, I know that it is very important to sum up myself for a period of time. Every week's work will have my own feelings, and every thing I do will have its meaning. So I decided to make a detailed summary of my work in the past six months.

When we came to the practical training point and faced with small bungalows instead of high-rise buildings, many people regretted why they chose the internship at the beginning, but I want to say that this is what I expected and what I want, because I know that people can only hone their strong will and endurance in a difficult environment, and I also know the truth that only by eating hard can they be a master. Naturally, I am not a master now. But I believe that everyone in this world hopes to succeed, that their limited life can create infinite value, that they can do everything for more people, and that they hope to see your life unparalleled in the future, and I am no exception. I know that my internship has just begun, and I still have a lot to experience.

The six-month internship has ended. Looking back on the past six months, I have gained a lot of useful things. From a student who has just left school, he will gradually integrate into the society, sharpen himself and improve himself in the fierce social competition.

my first job as an intern was to do quality inspection for painting in lifan automobile co., ltd. After a month's probation, I quickly mastered the technological process of automobile production in the workshop and the details that are prone to problems, and was able to become a full member. However, because it is in a private enterprise, there are various drawbacks. There are only four people in charge of the whole quality inspection, and only two people are responsible for the quality inspection and final confirmation. It is difficult to adjust the rest, with two shifts, long working hours and frequent overtime.

The quality of employees in the factory is very poor, and many operating specifications are not up to requirements. There are also many hidden dangers in production equipment that cannot be dealt with. What is even more annoying is the intricate interpersonal relationship, which makes it difficult to carry out a lot of work well. The talents recruited in the factory are particularly mobile. For various reasons, five months later, I also submitted my resignation report, bringing out another quality inspector to take over the job and leave.

Quality inspection is not my major, and it is not quite right, but I arranged quality inspection for the whole workshop because I am a girl. But the wages and working hours in the whole workshop are very bad, and the news of entering the factory is blocked, and the workload is heavy, so I feel uncomfortable. I still choose to go out for a run, work freely, master more useful information and better integrate into society. Never learn from the master without working experience. Of course, the initial work is very hard.

Although there are many people doing quality inspection, the newcomers who have just stepped into their jobs are all cheap labor used by some workshops, which makes people angry. The salary they provide is so low that employees can't even care about food and shelter, and only use the newly graduated students as cheap labor and propaganda tools. Recent graduates frequently change jobs, which is unstable and has a lot to do with these garbage companies.

Through practice, I have seen many social phenomena clearly and analyzed problems more comprehensively and thoroughly. Medical care, salary, employment, school, etc., good and bad, all let yourself ponder. There are many phenomena that are complicated and chaotic, which are not as beautiful and simple as imagined in the student days. Therefore, we should all pay more attention. In the past six months, I have been cheated, stolen, succeeded, and failed ... It can be described as ups and downs. Sweet and sour, just for a little, make yourself more mature.

You can learn a lot at work every day, every week and every month. The biggest gain of this internship is that I think I need to explore and discuss a lot of work. I should not be afraid of hardship and be brave in the torrent. Although some work is monotonous and repetitive, it is the most effective way to hone my will. I told myself to finish it seriously, treat every job seriously, and if I encounter difficulties in the process of doing everything, I must strive not to give up and stick to it until the end. As long as there is hope, victory must belong to me.

As a fresh graduate, theory is our advantage, but how to combine theory with practice has become one of the biggest difficulties we overcome. And the constant teaching of leaders and teachers at ordinary times makes me integrate theory into my work and improve my work efficiency.

Watching those colleagues come and go busily, the firm attitude is being forged bit by bit. A recognized person must be a serious and responsible person first, and a serious and responsible person can stand upright wherever he goes. Compared with experience and technology, these can be accumulated and become familiar with each other over time, but whether you can have a correct attitude varies from person to person.

I have never regarded my present job as an internship. I just think that this is my job, not just to learn something. I study at work, and I can finish my work better in my study.
