Auditor: How do "detectives" in the company review financial security?

Auditors are "detectives" within the company and are responsible for reviewing the accuracy, rationality and compliance of accounting accounts and reports. They are senior "detectives" of the company, escorting the company's financial security.

Appointment and recall

Each company can have one or more auditors, whose appointment right is at the shareholders' meeting, and the term of office is determined by the company law. Qualification requirements
