2014 Announcement on the Examination and Recruitment of Inner-city School Teachers in Wanyuan City, Sichuan

Based on the shortage of teachers in primary and secondary schools in the city, and with the approval of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, it was decided to recruit teachers in the city's schools during the summer of 2014. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Supplementary positions (48)

4 Wanyuan Middle School: 1 accountant in the General Affairs Office, 2 staff in the Teaching Department, and staff in the Political and Education Department 1;

7 in Wanyuan No. 3 Middle School: 2 in junior high school English, 1 each in junior high school history, junior high school music, junior high school biology, junior high school chemistry, and high school geography;

Wanyuan 2 in vocational high school: 1 each in junior high school biology and junior high school geography;

9 in Taiping Primary School: 1 each in primary school Chinese and primary school art, 2 each in primary school mathematics and primary school science, and 3 in primary school physical education ;

2. Applicants

In addition to the above 9 on-post schools and government kindergartens, on-the-job staff of various public institutions in the Wanyuan City education system.

3. Application conditions

(1) Have good political and professional qualities, strong work ability and outstanding performance.

(2) Those who have been engaged in education and teaching on the job for 3 years or more (including teaching experience in "Three Supports and One Support", "Special Post Teacher", and "Western Volunteer"), are in good health, and have normal Physical condition required to perform duties.

(3) The annual assessment and teacher ethics assessment in the past three years have all passed or above.

(4) For preschool education positions, applicants must be 40 years old (born after August 31, 1974) and below, and for other positions, applicants must be 45 years old (born after August 31, 1969) and below.

(5) Applicants for teacher positions in Taiping No. 1 Primary School, Taiping No. 2 Primary School, Railway Station Primary School, special education schools and cultural and educational demonstration kindergartens should have a college degree or above. For other positions, they should have a bachelor's degree or above. All positions Should obtain corresponding or above teacher qualifications.

(6) There are no restrictions on the majors of the positions offered by Wanyuan Middle School, but accounting positions must have an accounting qualification certificate. The initial academic qualification is from a secondary school normal school, and there are no restrictions on the majors you can apply for for primary school positions. The majors studied for other positions must be consistent or similar to the disciplines of the recruitment positions. Non-special education majors who apply for special education positions must have a special education teacher training certificate.

(7) Applicants for positions in teacher training schools should obtain junior high school or above teacher qualifications, and must have won the first prize at the county level, the second prize in Dazhou City or above in subject competitions in the past 10 years, or Dazhou City key teachers, subject leaders, teaching and above.

(8) Applicants for preschool education positions must be able to play keyboard instruments, sing and sing, and draw simple figures.

Special post teachers recruited in 2011 and later and those who have been punished by the party and government in the past three years or are undergoing organizational review are not allowed to apply.

4. Registration Requirements

Candidates who intend to apply will first be reviewed by their current school to determine whether they agree to apply based on the establishment, current subject allocation and application conditions. From 9:00 to 18:00 on August 4, 2014 (Monday), please bring the "Registration Form" (attachment), the originals and copies of your ID card, academic qualifications, teacher qualification certificates, and relevant certification materials required for the position. The certificates of annual assessment and teacher ethics assessment results for the past three years issued by the working school and two recent 1-inch full-face color photos without hats and bottoms should be brought to the conference room on the second floor of the Municipal Education Bureau for qualification review. Those who apply for pre-school education positions must register in a model kindergarten and be qualified for interviews on the "three skills". The ratio of the number of applicants for each position to the number of candidates for the examination shall not be less than 2:1.

5. Exam content

This exam is a written test. The positions set up by Wanyuan Middle School test computer operation and network management and official document writing knowledge. The accounting positions increase accounting professional knowledge; the positions set up by the teacher training school test the professional knowledge and teaching and research ability of junior and senior high school subjects; the other positions test the professional knowledge and teaching materials of corresponding subjects. 6. Exam Time and Place

(1) Time: From 9:00 to 12:00 am on August 8, 2014, you can collect the examination certificate at the guard office of the Municipal Education Bureau with your original ID card. Examination will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 pm.

7. Admission and Recruitment Methods

(1) Application positions will be recruited in order from high score to low score in a 1:1 ratio. Those with equal scores will be based on academic qualifications, professional titles, teaching experience, Those with priority in the annual assessment in the past three years will be determined as candidates for recruitment.

(2) The candidates to be recruited will be announced on the education website for 3 days. If there is no objection after the announcement period, the candidates for the same subjects will choose schools in order from high scores to low scores. After submitting for approval according to the procedures, formal transfer procedures will be completed. .

If the salary is not transferred within one month as required, the salary will be suspended from the next month and the student will be returned to the original school.

8. Handling of Relevant Issues

(1) The teachers who are hired have intermediate professional and technical titles and above. If there is no vacancy corresponding to their position level when entering the school, they will be hired according to their professional titles and Implement relevant regulations on payroll management.
