Third, there are old and young people at home who need to be taken care of. It is better to go back to my hometown to start a business and take care of my family. With the vigorous development of rural areas, there is not much difference between rural work and urban migrant workers in daily expenses. In the past, their wives and children stayed in their hometown and their parents didn't take good care of them. Now the motherland is vigorously promoting the rural economy, and some young migrant workers are more willing to go back to their hometowns to start businesses. At least, their home is warm, their wives and children are hot, and there is a small amount of food and homemade rice wine every day.

On the current construction site, we can see that the rest are migrant workers in their forties and fifties. These people have been working for many years, but they have never had a skill. If they want to change jobs and can't find a job with higher salary, their idea is to do it! Go home to support the elderly until you can't walk! Those young migrant workers are different. They have relatively more choices. The first choice is salary, working environment and work intensity. Therefore, young famous farmers will definitely not choose the work on the construction site. No wonder the contractor will say: green and yellow don't pick up, go on, no matter how much money there is, no migrant workers will do it. .
