Shenhua's acquisition of Qingchunta Coal Mine is not true. As of June 2, 2023, Kloc-0, Youth Tower Coal Mine was still managed and operated by Inner Mongolia Zhujiang Investment Co., Ltd. and was not acquired by Shenhua. Qingchunta Coal Mine is located in the south of Zhungeer coalfield, 45km away from Xue Jiawan, with an area of about 44. 17km, a resource reserve of 9 17.54Mt and a designed production capacity of 6.00 mt. Supporting the construction of coal washing plants and special railway lines, with a total investment of about 4 billion yuan. The project has been approved by the National Development and Reform Commission and obtained a mining license.
