3. Introduction objects

2. Registration

(1) Online registration is carried out, and the registration time is from 8:00 on December 23, 2020 to 18:00 on January 5, 2021 ( The time when the email is sent shall prevail).

(2) Each applicant can only choose one position to register for (the selected position cannot be changed after registration). Applicants should register in the "Announcement" column of the Yangquan Party Building Website and the Yangquan City Human Resources and Social Security Download the relevant forms from the "Human and Social Security Examination Topics" column on the bureau's website and fill out the "Yangquan City Development and Reform Commission's Application Form for Introducing Talents for Urgently Needed Positions in 2020" (Attachment 2) and the Letter of Integrity (Attachment 3). (2) Qualification review

1. The qualification review of online applicants will be conducted from 8:00 on December 23, 2020 to 18:00 on January 8, 2021. To those who pass the review, notices of participating in the next round of competency assessment will be sent via email, phone, text message, etc.

2. The qualification review process runs through the entire process of recruiting talents. The information submitted by applicants and relevant materials provided when registering must be true and valid. Anyone who finds that the application form does not match the qualifications required for the talent recruitment position or provides false materials will be disqualified from the ability assessment.

(3) Ability assessment

Ability assessment is mainly based on interviews.

1. All registered candidates must pass the qualification review before entering the ability assessment process.

2. Those who pass the qualification review will attend the interview in accordance with the requirements of the interview notice. Those who fail to attend the interview at the specified time and place will be deemed to have given up automatically.

3. The interview will be conducted in the form of a structured interview, which mainly tests the candidate’s oral expression ability, comprehensive analysis ability, adaptability, etc.; the full score is 100 points, and the score is retained to two decimal places (the last digit is rounded off) , the passing score is 60 points, and those with less than 60 points will not be allowed to enter the next stage.

4. The interview results will be ranked from high to low according to job requirements on a 1:1 basis to determine the personnel to be introduced. If the number of people participating in the interview is less than or equal to the number of people planned to be hired and there is no competition, the candidate's interview score must reach 70 points or more before entering the next stage. If the scores are the same and the interview score ranking cannot be determined, the decimal place will be postponed to determine the ranking; if the decimal places are still the same, an additional interview will be conducted, and the ranking will be determined based on the additional test score.

(4) Qualification review

Based on the interview results, candidates will enter the qualification review process at a ratio of 1:1. Candidates participating in the qualification review must follow the notice of the recruitment unit and bring a valid ID card, Originals and copies of graduation certificates, degree certificates (students studying abroad should provide overseas academic qualifications and degree certificates issued by the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education) and other materials should go to the designated location for qualification review. (5) Physical examination

Based on the results of the interview and qualification review, the physical examination personnel will be determined according to the ratio of 1:1 to the number of people to be introduced and the physical examination will be organized. If those who enter the physical examination voluntarily give up during the physical examination or fail the physical examination, they will be disqualified. Those who do not participate in the physical examination at the specified time and place will be deemed to have given up automatically.

(6) Inspection

Adhere to the principle of objectivity and impartiality, and in accordance with the standard of having both ability and political integrity, examine the political ideology, moral character, compliance with laws and regulations, self-discipline awareness and Conduct inspections on actual performance, and review and review the authenticity of the registration information and files provided by the inspection subjects.

Fresh graduates mainly examine the applicant’s study status during school, daily ideological and political performance, etc. In principle, the school graduation appraisal and other certification materials shall prevail. (7) Replacement, announcement and employment

1. During the qualification review, physical examination, and inspection process, if there are vacancies in the talent introduction plan, the talent introduction unit can introduce talents according to its own unit Depending on the demand or actual situation, applicants will be filled in order according to their interview scores; they may also not be filled in and the introduction plan will be cancelled.

2. Those who pass the physical examination and inspection will be publicly announced on the Yangquan Party Building Network and the Yangquan Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau website after reporting to the Municipal Party Committee Talent Work Leading Group for approval. The publicity period is 5 working days. . During the public announcement period, the issues reported by the masses will be carefully investigated and implemented. 3. Incorporate the introduction of talents into the establishment management of public institutions. The probationary period is 1 year, and those who pass the assessment will be formally hired after the probationary period. Those who fail the assessment will not be hired.

(8) Benefits

Incorporated into establishment management, enjoy the relevant benefits of employees on staff of public institutions. According to the relevant provisions of the "Yangquan City Talent Incentives (Trial)" and "Yangquan City Talent Subsidy Distribution Methods (Trial)", full-time students from the top 200 first-class universities in the world (excluding domestic) and domestic "double first-class" universities Doctoral students and master's students who come to work in our city and provide voluntary service for no less than 5 years will be given monthly living subsidies of 5,000 yuan and 3,000 yuan respectively by the municipal finance for a period of 5 years; those who purchase their first house in our city will be provided by the municipal finance House purchase subsidies of 200,000 yuan and 100,000 yuan will be provided respectively.

The subsidy standards are 3,000 yuan/month for doctoral students and 1,500 yuan/month for master's students, respectively. The terms are all 5 years.
