Talent introduction refers to the local unit recruiting an on-the-job employee from other provinces who has been employed for a certain number of years due to work needs, and the minimum education is the undergraduate and above recruited by the state to work locally! The introduction of talents in public institutions means that you don't need a written test to enter the establishment, and you can be hired if you pass the interview directly. Directional training students, entrusted training students, on-the-job students studying for degrees, and graduates from online colleges, adult education colleges and independent colleges are not included in the recruitment scope.

First, Anji talent introduction goal:

1. Full-time doctoral students graduated from universities at home and abroad;

2.36 first batch of full-time graduates with master's degree or above from A-class "double-class" universities, Chinese Academy of Sciences and China Academy of Social Sciences;

3. Graduates with full-time master's degree or above from domestic and foreign universities must be the first batch of 36 A-class "double-class" universities, universities of Chinese Academy of Sciences or universities of China Academy of Social Sciences;

Second, Anji personnel introduction conditions:

1, with China nationality, good political quality, law-abiding, good conduct, and obeying organizational distribution;

2. Excellent academic performance. Previous graduates are required to have obtained corresponding academic qualifications and degree certificates. In principle, fresh graduates are required to obtain corresponding academic qualifications and degree certificates before July 3, 20221;

3, master's degree students are not more than 28 years old, doctoral students are not more than 30 years old, and they have the physical and mental conditions to perform their duties normally;
