I interviewed a trainee assistant at KFC when I graduated from college. It may be helpful to tell you the whole process!

I just returned to school from Guangzhou, and there was a job fair, so I went to see it. I only took a fancy to KFC, because I like this kind of work very much, and it is my first attempt in the afternoon!

1, initial test: KFC is generally open to everyone, just like the audition in Super Girl. We interview in groups of ten people. This is a team test to test your teamwork and leadership skills in the team. There are ten of us, and they chose me for the second round!

2. The second round: interview with the operation manager. One-on-one interview mainly examines your views on this job and whether you have the potential temperament to be a manager. I'll talk to you, but don't be nervous. It's best to take your time. I also successfully passed this round.

3. the third round: get a health certificate. Prove yourself suitable for the food industry.

4, the fourth round: it is an internship for two days. That's all that matters. Good words are better than good deeds. Characterized by pain and laughter. Bitterness means working as a coolie, generally doing some of the most tiring and dirty things for you to test your endurance, and laughing and saying "Welcome to KFC". What I remember most is that I was still sweeping the floor after 2 pm, hehe. But I think I still learned a lot. This round, they never contacted me again because of my mobile phone. I didn't know I wasn't eliminated until I called two months later, but I couldn't contact me!

The last round is to interview the personnel manager in the provincial capital corporation. I have no experience, but this round is not very important, just let the personnel manager check it. As long as you are in the mentality of the second round, this round is no problem.
