Can welders work without a license?

As a special operator, welders must undergo special safety technical training and pass the examination, and obtain the People's Republic of China (PRC) Special Operation Certificate (hereinafter referred to as the Special Operation Certificate) before taking up their posts. Vocational qualification certificate is the proof that workers have the necessary knowledge and skills to engage in a certain occupation. It is the qualification certificate for workers to apply for jobs, take up posts and start businesses, and it is the main basis for employers to recruit and employ workers. If there is no operation certificate, even if the level is high and the technology is strong, you can't engage in special industries.

The welder's grades are divided into:

Primary (national vocational qualification level 5),

Intermediate (national vocational qualification level 4),

Advanced (national vocational qualification level 3),

Technician (national vocational qualification level 2),

Senior technician (national vocational qualification 1)

According to my own welding skills, I obtained the technical titles of junior, intermediate, senior, technician and senior technician through the welding skill examination, and obtained the technical grade certificate issued by the state. Different titles can carry out different welding operations. For the welding of pressure vessels such as boilers, it is necessary to obtain a welding license for pressure vessels.

Junior workers mainly use manual arc welding, gas welding and gas cutting methods, mainly welding low alloy steel;

Submerged arc welding and gas shielded welding are mainly used in Chinese engineering, mainly welding low alloy steel and stainless steel;

Senior workers mainly weld cast iron, nonferrous metals and dissimilar metals.

Technicians mainly focus on special welding methods (brazing, laser welding, etc.). ) and welding of new materials (titanium, nickel, etc. ).

Senior technicians should be evaluated and hired among technicians. Senior technicians have superb welding technology and rich experience.
