Is the interview for community workers really dark?

Different people have different opinions.

This is the case, but not all, not most.

I can tell you very responsibly that opening the back door is always less than normal employment (a prerequisite for opening a large number of positions for foreign recruitment).

For example, many of my friends are employed on their own.

True talent and practical learning will always be recognized, and those who go in by relationship will have it, and more by ability.
