Four. Recruitment procedures and methods
(1) Registration

The written test and professional skill test are combined into the total test score according to the ratio of 5: 5, and the top 30 (less than 30 are employed according to the actual number) are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 3. If the total score of the last one is the same, it will be decided according to the professional skill test results.
(4), interview assessment (100 points)
The main content of interview assessment is to test the comprehensive quality of candidates to perform the duties of clerks in people's courts. It mainly includes comprehensive analysis ability, language expression ability, adaptability, planning ability, organization and coordination ability, interpersonal awareness and skills, self-emotional control, manners and so on.

(5), physical examination and assessment
After the interview, the total scores of candidates will be synthesized according to the weight ratio of written test scores accounting for 30%, professional skills test scores accounting for 30% and interview scores accounting for 40%, and the physical examination objects will be determined from high scores to low scores according to the ratio of 1: 1 (the last person with tied scores will be selected according to the interview results).
Physical examination items and standards shall be implemented in accordance with the Notice of the Municipal Personnel Bureau and the Health Bureau on Printing and Distributing the Physical Examination Standards for Supplementary Personnel in Hefei Institutions (Hefufa No.254, 2003).

Candidates pay for their own medical expenses.
Those who pass the physical examination are determined to participate in the examination according to the ratio of 1: 1; When there is an assessment vacancy due to unqualified medical examination, it will be replenished in turn from high score to low score according to the total score.
(6) Employment
Candidates who pass the physical examination and assessment will be publicized on the Internet for 7 days. Those who are hired should report to work within the specified time, and those who fail to report on time without justifiable reasons or fail to go to work after the deadline are deemed to have given up automatically.
