Mr. Yang Guoan is a resident of Hong Kong, China. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in social sciences from the University of Hong Kong and a doctorate in human resource management from the University of Michigan. He is currently a senior management consultant of Tencent Group, the provost of Ivy League University, the president of Yang Triangle Learning Alliance, an adjunct professor of management at China Europe International Business School, an independent non-executive director of Haifeng International Holdings Limited, and an independent non-executive director of Country Garden Holdings Limited. He used to be the chief human resources officer of Acer Group and a senior consultant of Alibaba, TSMC, Mary Kay, Antai Life Insurance and TCL- Thomson.
