3. Conditions and Qualifications
1. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, love socialism, love education, abide by disciplines and laws, have good moral character, be in good health, obey arrangements, and be dedicated to students.
2. Have a corresponding level of teacher qualification certificate.
3. Key teachers must be teaching in middle school teaching positions; have a nationally recognized undergraduate degree or above (the first academic qualification is a full-time college degree or above from a national general institution of higher learning); be male under 40 years old ( (born after January 1, 1969), women under 35 years old (born after January 1, 1974), the provincial special-grade teacher age is relaxed by 5 years; at the same time, one of the following conditions must be met: provincial special-grade teacher; county or district level Excellent teachers at and above; recognized key teachers at the county, district and above levels; key teachers in provincial model middle schools and host middle schools; teachers who participated in classroom teaching competitions or scientific research project evaluations at the municipal level and above.
4. The recruitment scope for current and previous graduates is full-time graduates from ordinary colleges and universities across the country after 2004 (inclusive), and those who have not been included in the personnel establishment management of state agencies, state-owned enterprises and institutions. IV. Procedures and Methods
1. Publicity and Launch
On April 16, through the Yuelu District Government Website (/) and Changsha Education Information Network (/ ) and Yuelu Education Network (/) publish recruitment brochures to the public.
2. Registration
(1) Registration method: All registrations are conducted online, and other forms of registration are not accepted. Registration time: April 20th to April 23rd *** four days, 8:30-17:00 every day. Applicants are requested to log in to the Yuelu Education Network within the specified time to register online. Each person is limited to one position. When registering, the information submitted by the applicant must be true and accurate. Applicants who provide false application information will be disqualified from the examination (employment) once verified. Those who pass the online registration review will be those who pass the preliminary review of registration qualifications.
(2) Payment and admission ticket collection: The time is from April 28th to April 29th*** for two days, 8:00-11:30 am every day, 2:30-5 pm: 00. The location is set at the Organization and Personnel Section of the Yuelu District Education Bureau (4th floor, Building 8, Yuelu District Government Office Compound). 3. Written test
(1) Written test time: May 2, 2009 (Saturday) 8:30-11:30
(2) Written test Content: It is conducted in a closed-book manner. The examination subjects are divided into two subjects: comprehensive knowledge and professional knowledge. The two examinations are prepared separately. The full score of each examination paper is 100 points. The total score of the written examination is calculated according to the proportion of comprehensive knowledge accounting for 40% and professional knowledge 60%. The total score is rounded to two decimal places.
Comprehensive knowledge includes knowledge of educational laws and regulations, current politics, literature, history, geography, etc., as well as educational theoretical knowledge in pedagogy, psychology, new curriculum reform, etc.; professional knowledge mainly tests the corresponding subjects for examination. level of knowledge. The comprehensive knowledge and professional knowledge written tests are conducted in the same classroom, with a total duration of 180 minutes. This recruitment exam does not specify exam review books.

(4) After the written test, candidates for trial teaching will be determined according to the ratio of 3:1 based on the scores of those who participated in the written test for the same position from high to low and the number of employment plans for each position. (5) The following personnel are exempted from the written examination and can directly enter the trial teaching and interview. They do not account for the proportion of the number of people who take the written examination and enter the trial teaching (including interviews):

4. Qualification review
The time is May 12th. Shortlisted candidates must provide the originals and copies of the following materials:
(1) Graduates : ID card, academic certificate or employment recommendation letter, "Computer Application Ability Level Certificate", "Putonghua Proficiency Level Certificate", "Teacher Qualification Certificate", and certificate of non-employment (referring to previous graduates). Non-normal graduates in 2009 will be provided with certificates of completion of education, psychology, and teacher skills training, and the "Teacher Qualification Certificate" will be reviewed when the formal employment procedures are completed.

Those who do not participate in the qualification re-examination or fail the qualification re-examination will be disqualified from the trial teaching (including interviews), and those who apply for the same position will be replaced in sequence according to the total score of the written examination. Only those who pass the qualification review can enter the trial teaching (including interview) stage.
5. Trial teaching (including interview)
(1) Trial teaching and interview will be conducted at the same time. Trial teaching mainly tests the trial teaching staff's ability to grasp teaching content, use teaching methods, organize classroom teaching, classroom teaching effectiveness, and their basic theory and professional knowledge level; interviews mainly test the appearance, behavior, and thinking of trial teaching staff. ability, verbal expression ability, on-the-spot adaptability and psychological condition.
(2) The time and location of the trial teaching will be announced by the Yuelu District Teacher Open Recruitment Leading Group Office on the Yuelu Education Network three days before the trial teaching. Yuelu Education Network announced that those who fail to participate in trial teaching on time will have their trial teaching qualifications revoked.
(3) Those who will participate in the physical examination will be determined in equal numbers according to their trial teaching (including interview) scores from high scores to low scores. The list of physical examination subjects will be published on the Yuelu Education Network for 3 days.
6. Physical examination
The physical examination shall be carried out with reference to the physical examination standards and methods for teacher qualification certification in our province, and shall be organized and implemented by the Yuelu District Teacher Open Recruitment Leading Group Office. Those who do not participate in the physical examination or fail the physical examination will be disqualified for inspection and employment. If a job vacancy occurs, the applicants for the same position can be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest score in the trial teaching (including interview). The results of the physical examination and the list of subjects will be published on the Yuelu Education Network within 3 days.
7. Inspection
For those who have passed the physical examination, their files and materials will be accessed and reviewed in accordance with regulations, and their assessment will be conducted. If the person being assessed is unqualified and a position becomes vacant, the person who applied for the same position can be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest score in the trial teaching (including interview) and who have passed the physical examination. The inspection results and the list of candidates who have passed the final review of qualifications by the District Personnel Bureau and the Education Bureau will be published on the Yuelu Education Network for 3 days.
6. Management and treatment
This time the recruitment of personnel is subject to a probationary period of three months (the probationary period is for graduates with a college degree or above who are employed for the first time) period is twelve months). Those who pass the probation period will sign a formal employment contract with the employing unit and go through formal employment procedures for three years every three years. The employment contract shall be made in triplicate. Teachers formally hired in this recruitment will be included in the full-funded establishment management of public institutions, and personnel will be implemented under the personnel agency system.
