How can I find an interviewer?

Celebrities are people who are famous for having some cultural capital or social resources, such as singers, writers, experts and even some high-ranking officials. For celebrities, journalists want to write some exclusive news reports and stories that the audience around celebrities care about, so as to improve the attractiveness of the media. Everyone who is engaged in news interview knows that "seven points are selected and three points are written", and the interview is very important, especially in the process of collecting and writing celebrity manuscripts. Based on my own interview experience, I summarized the following points and consulted with my peers.

first, find out the itinerary of celebrities. There are very few celebrities who go to prefecture-level cities, and some of them come once in a hurry, so they rarely have leisure time to stay and be interviewed by reporters for a long time. Therefore, we must be a conscientious person, know the relevant information in advance, and seize the opportunity to prepare for the news interview. In mid-December last year, I learned from an advertisement in Jining Daily that Lu Qin, the "intimate sister" who won the "Five One Project Award" in Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China twice in a row, would go to Jining to give lectures to parents and children. I communicated with the editorial department in time and prepared to write about her as a "weekend person". So, I always pay attention to her schedule, and contacted Jining Productivity Promotion Center, which is in charge of this matter, to let them provide Lu Qin's activity schedule, and learned that she left Jining at 5 pm that morning after class, which made me relax.

second, prepare the information of celebrities, so as to be aware of them. "Everything is established in advance, and it will be abolished if it is not planned." If you don't have a certain understanding of the interviewee and go straight to the scene, such an interview may make jokes. On the occasion of the replay of Gone with the Wind, Vivien Leigh, the heroine of the film, arrived at the New York airport and walked into the press room. At this time, a reporter asked in the first sentence: "What role did you play in the movie Gone with the Wind?" Vivien Leigh replied contemptuously, "I can't talk to an ignorant person like you." It is conceivable that the reporter's interview was a failure. He didn't do any research on the interviewee and his professional life in advance, and asking such a clumsy question not only made the interviewee laugh, but also was spread as a laughing stock by the press. In order to interview Lu Qin, I bought her new book "Tell the children, you are great!"! ",from which I learned about her life, main work, and some experiences, and listed the interview outline, knowing what questions can be asked, and the interview was very smooth.

Third, we should cut to the chase and open the interview topic. Celebrities are very busy and have a lot of social activities. They don't like to drag their feet. They should explain their origins directly to each other, cut to the chase and shorten the interview time, which will make them sit up and take notice. When interviewing Lu Qin, my "intimate sister", I smiled and said to her as soon as I came up: "Hello, intimate sister, hello, Teacher Lu. When I was in primary school, I liked reading the column "Intimate Sister" hosted by you in China Youth Daily, which was almost a must-read. Now, as the father of a 4-year-old son, reading your book and listening to your report are of great inspiration to my education of children; As a young journalist, I am very happy to have the opportunity to communicate and learn from you, the winner of the Taofen News Award. " In a few words, the topic of the interview was opened, and the distance between the interviewer and the interviewee was narrowed. Teacher Lu accepted my interview very happily, and we chatted very speculatively.

Fourth, learn to listen during the interview. Listening is very important, and listening is a kind of respect for the other party. From the content told by the interviewee, we can find touching stories and details, and find out topics that can continue to communicate and are of concern to readers. Everyone likes watching Zhu Jun's artistic life very much. Some people say that Zhu Jun presided over it well. But Zhu Jun said this: "In fact, as a host, I have always adhered to three principles. The first is to be a listener, the second is a questioner, and the last is a debater."

5. learn to improvise. No matter how well you prepare the outline of the interview in advance, we will always find a lot of content beyond our imagination when we interview in real time. At this time, we need to improvise, seize the new clues and questions in the other party's answer, and continue to ask questions. When interviewing Lu Qin, she mentioned the incident of "Xu Li killed her mother" and said that she had visited Xu Li in Hangzhou Juvenile Delinquency Center many times. I think this is a good news fact. Although Xu Li killed his mother a few years ago, it had a great response in society. How Xu Li's recent changes in juvie and why Lu Qin went to see Xu Li many times will surely be of great concern to everyone. So I went on to ask her about this topic. She introduced me to the changes that Xu Li had made every time she went to see him, and the reasons why she cared about Xu Li. She said: "I don't care about Xu Li alone, but about this kind of people and the process of young people's ideological change." Therefore, I specially wrote a paragraph "Behind the Xu Li incident" in my manuscript, which is very story-telling and explanatory.

6. Have a little spirit of not being afraid of hitting a wall. When I graduated from college, I went to a company to apply for a business administrator. The recruiter asked a very simple question: "What if you go to a company to sell products and the other party refuses?" As a rookie, I said, "Try again." Unexpectedly, he asked, "What will you do if you are rejected again?" I began to think of other ways, but all the tricks were denied by the recruiter, and I was speechless. Finally, he smiled and told me, "In fact, you almost succeeded. You just have to say' Go again' and we can hire you." From his words, I realized that to do product business, we must have the spirit of not being afraid of hitting a wall and not being afraid of being shut out. Journalists, especially celebrities, should also have this spirit. If you are sure, you should keep an eye on it and try your best to interview it. In February last year, the famous playwright He Qingkui and his wife Gao Xiumin returned to their ancestral home in Wenshang, Shandong Province to perform. Because they didn't make an appointment in advance, they only asked the performance company to interview He Qingkui after they arrived at the scene, but the performance company ignored them. I squeezed from the performance site to the backstage, personally found He Qingkui and explained the interview intention to him. But he didn't answer me and went backstage directly. After the performance, I followed him back to the hotel, but he went to his hometown to go to the grave again. I had to wait at the hotel until they came back. At this time, it was 5 pm, and there was even less time for interviews. I also worked through the local propaganda minister to contact the interview, and finally He Qingkui gave me half an hour to interview. Of course, He Qingkui was very friendly and talked to me about his own experience and his experience in writing sketches. I wrote the manuscript "He Qingkui: Writing a Drama is Writing Love" and won the excellent manuscript of the newspaper that day. Everything comes to him who waits.

seven, interview celebrities should be neither supercilious nor supercilious. Interviewing celebrities, most of them will not be as smooth as they think, especially some stars, with big shelves, and some brokerage companies take the opportunity to deliberately make things difficult for reporters. At the opening ceremony of the Confucius Cultural Festival last year, Emil Wakin Chau and some other stars came to perform, and the reporter from the Cultural and Sports Center of the newspaper contacted me for an interview after hearing about it. However, a choreographer who organized the performance offered to send a separate manuscript to the party before arranging an interview. We could not accept this transaction and refused their request. Everyone has dignity. The dignity of a reporter is not to let others control our interview, and we must resolutely refuse unreasonable demands.

In addition, journalists should dress decently and behave politely. Journalists should also have a good knowledge. Mr. Zhao Haosheng, who interviewed many celebrities, once said: To interview celebrities, you must have an IQ of equal dialogue with celebrities. If you interview a politician, you should have a broad vision to discuss world affairs with him; If you interview a master of culture, you should have a profound insight into exploring the mysteries of the universe with him. Mr. Zhao's words are very reasonable. A reporter must have comprehensive quality cultivation in order to write good works. Of course, journalists' cultural knowledge should rely on persistent long-term accumulation, read more books, pay attention to collecting and tracking new knowledge and information, care about major events at home and abroad and all kinds of things in society, and constantly enrich their knowledge accumulation, so as to achieve "training troops for a thousand days and using troops for a while", and they can cope with any interview task.
