(7) Violating fire safety regulations and entering places where flammable and explosive dangerous goods are produced or stored;

(8) Violating regulations by using open flames for work or smoking or using open flames in places with fire or explosion hazards ;

(9) The place where flammable and explosive dangerous goods are produced, stored and operated is located in the same building as the residential place;

(10) Failure to install fire protection facilities in the building Regular maintenance and repairs are organized.
