Article 31 When the public security police station conducts daily fire supervision and inspection of the unit, it shall check the following contents:

For units with building fire protection facilities, the public security police station shall also check whether the unit organizes regular maintenance of the building fire protection facilities.

Conduct daily fire supervision and inspection of property service enterprises in residential areas. Article 32 When the public security police station conducts daily fire supervision and inspection of residents’ committees and villagers’ committees, it shall check the following contents:

(3) Whether fire publicity and education and fire safety inspections are carried out;

Article 33 If the police of the public security station find any of the following behaviors of the inspected unit during routine fire supervision and inspection, they shall be ordered to make corrections in accordance with the law:

(1) Failure to formulate Fire safety system, failure to organize fire prevention inspections, fire safety education and training, and fire drills;

(2) Occupying, blocking, or closing evacuation passages and safety exits;

(3) Occupying, blocking, or sealing fire truck passages and hindering the passage of fire trucks;

(4) Burying, enclosing, or blocking fire hydrants or occupying fire prevention distances;

(5) Indoor Fire hydrants, fire extinguishers, evacuation signs and emergency lighting are not kept intact and effective;

(6) Obstacles that affect escape, fire-fighting and rescue are set up on the exterior doors and windows of crowded places;

(7) Violating fire safety regulations and entering places where flammable and explosive dangerous goods are produced or stored;

(8) Violating regulations by using open flames for work or smoking or using open flames in places with fire or explosion hazards ;

(9) The place where flammable and explosive dangerous goods are produced, stored and operated is located in the same building as the residential place;

(10) Failure to install fire protection facilities in the building Regular maintenance and repairs are organized.

The public security police station discovers that the building of the inspected unit has not passed the fire inspection and acceptance in accordance with the law, or has completed the fire protection inspection and acceptance filing, and has been put into use without authorization; the public gathering place has not passed the fire safety inspection before use and operation in accordance with the law, and has been put into use without authorization. If it is used or operated, it shall be handed over in writing to the fire protection department of the public security organ for processing within five working days from the date of inspection.
