Cihe is okay. Districts A and B have good environments, but if you want to buy now, it will only be a second-hand house. House prices are too volatile and difficult to determine accurately.

The Sunshine Garden is a bit small, but the property environment is good.

These are several good communities in the Second Ring Road. Then there are the second and a half to the third ring.

Hecheng Jiayuan and Century City are newly built communities and have not yet been completed. I feel that Hecheng Jiayuan will be good. Many people around me have bought houses there. The first phase has been completed and the second phase will be completed by the end of the year. The house price is now almost 3,000.

It is not recommended to consider new communities in the Golden Triangle, railway stations, Fourth Ring Road, and old cities, if funds are available. The first two are too noisy and chaotic, too far from the Fourth Ring Road, and they are in the sewage treatment plant area, which is far away. There is nothing new in the old town, it is too crowded, and the prices are not very cheap. It is better to buy outside the second ring road.
