Announcement of Public Recruitment of Staff in Notary Office Directly under Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Justice

Ningbo Tianyi Notary Office, Ningbo Yuan Yin Notary Office, Ningbo Mingzhou Notary Office and Ningbo Xinda Notary Office are self-supporting institutions directly under the Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Justice. Because of the need of work, I decided to openly recruit staff for the society. According to the spirit of "Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Ningbo Public Institutions", with the consent of the Municipal Personnel Bureau, relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Recruitment Principles and Methods

Open recruitment adheres to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit-based, and adopts the methods of open registration, unified examination and merit-based recruitment.

Second, the basic conditions of the recruitment target

(1) Having a permanent residence in Ningbo;

(two) law-abiding, moral integrity, with good professional ethics;

(3) Physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post.

Iii. Recruitment positions, places and qualifications required for the positions

This time, five staff members are openly recruited for the society. Specific qualifications such as recruitment unit, position, number of people, academic qualifications and professional requirements (see annex 1 for details).

For the age and working hours specified in the recruitment conditions, the deadline is calculated as April 30th, 20 1 1 year.

Four. Recruitment procedure

(1) Registration and qualification examination

1. Registration: The registration time is from the date of announcement to 20 1 1. May 6 16 deadline, after which registration will not be accepted; Applicants can download and fill in the registration form from Ningbo Judicial Administration Network (www.nbsfj.gov.cn) (see Annex 2 for details) and send an email to nbzzb@nbsfj.gov.cn before the registration deadline. Please indicate "Recruitment Registration Form" in the email header, and the system will automatically reply to the email message. Each applicant is limited to one unit. 2. Qualification examination: Applicants must go to Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Justice (No.647 Huancheng North Road) for qualification examination at 9:00- 1:30 on May 20th.

Materials required for taking the qualification examination: application form in duplicate (with photos), original and photocopy of my ID card, residence booklet, education background, degree certificate, legal professional qualification certificate, notary practice certificate, two recent bareheaded 1 inch photos, relevant work experience certificate, award-winning certificate and other relevant documents (certificates); Returned overseas students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan must provide overseas academic qualifications and degree certificates issued by the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

Candidates who pass the qualification examination will issue admission tickets on the spot.

3. Precautions:

(1) Applicants cannot register with the old and new ID numbers at the same time, and the ID cards used for registration and examination must be the same;

(2) civil servants and institutions in the staff, active servicemen and former civil servants and institutions in the staff who are dismissed cannot apply for the exam. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes, those who have been dismissed from public office, those who have been found to have cheated or cheated in the examination during the recruitment of civil servants and institutions, and those who are prohibited from being employed as staff members of government agencies and institutions according to law are not allowed to apply for the examination.

(3) The applicant shall be responsible for the authenticity of his information and materials. Those who provide false information and pass the qualification examination will be disqualified from the examination or employment once verified.

(4) If the ratio of the number of applicants for the same position to the number of people in the recruitment plan is not less than 3: 1, if it is less than 3: 1, the number of people recruited for this position will be reduced or the recruitment will be cancelled.

(2) Examination

1, written test: written test will be conducted on May 20th114. See the admission ticket for the written test location and specific time. The test paper is divided into 100.

2. Interview: After the written test, determine the interviewers according to the ratio of high score to low score 1: 3 (if the ratio is insufficient 1: 3, if the scores of the last interviewers are the same, they can enter the interview side by side). The written test results and the list of interviewers are published on Ningbo Judicial Administration Network (www.nbsfj.gov.cn), and the specific time and place of the interview are also published online. Interview score 100, qualified score 60. Those who fail the interview will be eliminated.

The total score of the examination (written examination accounts for 40%, interview accounts for 60%) and the list of participants will be published on the website of Ningbo Judicial Administration 3 working days after the interview.

(3) Physical examination

According to the candidates' total scores from high to low, the list of participants in the physical examination shall be determined according to the number of posts 1: 2 (if the total scores are tied, they can enter the physical examination side by side), and those who are less than the prescribed proportion shall be determined according to the actual number.

The physical examination shall be carried out according to the civil service physical examination standards. The time and place of physical examination will be notified separately, and the expenses will be borne by yourself.

Applicants who give up the medical examination are deemed to have given up their employment qualifications. Those who fail the physical examination will be eliminated. Those who give up the medical examination and fail the medical examination will not be replaced.

Those who pass the physical examination shall be determined according to the recruitment plan 1: 1 according to the total scores of candidates from high to low.

(4) Evaluation

The assessment work shall be carried out with reference to the relevant provisions of the Detailed Rules for the Employment and Inspection of Civil Servants in Zhejiang Province (for Trial Implementation). Those who fail the examination will be eliminated, and those who pass the physical examination will be assessed from high score to low score.

(5) Publicity and employment

After the examination, according to the results of the examination, physical examination and assessment, the list of candidates will be selected and publicized in Ningbo Personnel Establishment Network (www.nbrs.gov.cn) and Ningbo Judicial Administration Network (www.nbsfj.gov.cn) for 7 working days.

After the publicity, if there is no objection, the employee will sign an employment contract with the recruiting unit and go through the employment formalities after reporting to Ningbo Personnel Bureau for formal examination and approval. According to the employment system of public institutions, successful candidates are given a probation period.

If the employed person fails to report for duty within the time limit without justifiable reasons, the employment qualification will be cancelled.
