Brief introduction of Zhuhai Second People's Hospital

Zhuhai Second People's Hospital, located in Xiawan, Gongbei, adjacent to Macau, was founded in 1984. It is a tertiary general hospital directly under the municipal level, which integrates medical treatment, prevention, health care, rehabilitation, scientific research and teaching. It is also the only municipal hospital in Zhuhai that combines traditional Chinese and western medicine. It has jurisdiction over "one hospital and two departments", namely, the headquarters of the hospital (Xiawan), Lianhua Road Clinic and Zhuhai College of Beijing Institute of Technology. Provide medical and health care services to patients with more than 1 10,000 person-times in local, Macao and Hong Kong every year. 1994 passed the evaluation of national baby-friendly hospitals, and was awarded as "One Hundred Civilized Hospitals" in Guangdong Province in 2000.
