What is the job content of synthetic ammonia producers?

The work mainly includes: (1) conveying hydrocarbon-containing raw materials, air or water vapor into the gasifier by means of pressurized conveying machinery; (2) Operate the gasifier, and adjust and control the process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate and proportion. To prepare feed gas; (3) Operating production equipment to remove sulfide, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, etc. Purifying the feed gas into nitrogen-hydrogen mixed gas of 1∶3; (4) operating the multistage compressor to pressurize the mixed gas of nitrogen and hydrogen and send it to the ammonia synthesis tower; (5) Adjusting and controlling the process parameters such as pressure, temperature and airspeed of the ammonia synthesis tower, so that part of the mixed gas of nitrogen and hydrogen can synthesize ammonia in the presence of catalyst; (6) monitoring the condensation or absorption device to condense the ammonia in the nitrogen-hydrogen mixed gas containing ammonia into liquid ammonia or absorb it into ammonia water; (7) Run the circulating compressor, pressurize the nitrogen-hydrogen mixed gas after ammonia separation, send it to the synthesis tower, and circulate it with the new nitrogen-hydrogen mixed gas to make ammonia.
