I. Basic conditions
1. Have People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality, support China's leadership, abide by the Constitution and laws, abide by civic morality, love education, and abide by teachers' professional ethics and work discipline.
2. Physical and mental health, physical conditions for normal performance of duties, and no bad records.
3. Have the professional background, theoretical business knowledge and practical work ability required to perform the job application, and meet the relevant policy requirements of Beijing. Full-time teachers with overseas study or research experience are preferred.
4. Applicants meet the requirements of the avoidance system for open recruiters in public institutions.
5. Introduce talented young teachers. Non-Beijing candidates should meet the requirements of talent introduction in Beijing.
6. Applicants for full-time teacher positions must have a doctoral degree and a degree, and their age is generally not more than 33 years old (1 989 65438+1born after/). In particular, outstanding talents can be appropriately relaxed. Applicants for counselor positions must have a master's degree or above, with the master's age not exceeding 27 (1995 1 born later) and the doctor's age not exceeding 30 (1992 1 born later). And one of the following conditions must be met:
(1) fresh graduates: fresh graduates must meet the requirements of Beijing to enter Beijing, be included in the national unified enrollment plan, be non-directional, have no labor (employment) relationship with any unit during the highest academic degree, and have not paid employee social insurance. Graduates of this year's master's degree should generally have permanent residence in Beijing (excluding students' collective residence), and those who are particularly outstanding can be solved by the school.
(2) Post-doctoral outbound personnel: full-time full-time post-doctoral, who completed all outbound procedures and obtained post-doctoral certificates before the end of June 5438+February 2022, meeting the conditions and requirements of the National Post-doctoral Management Committee to settle in Beijing;
(3) Overseas students: those who have not gone through the dispatch formalities at the overseas study service center after returning to China and have no household registration in Beijing must meet the requirements of the overseas study service center of the Ministry of Education for employment and settlement in Beijing;
(4) Social employees: they must have permanent residence in Beijing and their personnel files are in Beijing.

Third, the recruitment process
(1) Publicize the recruitment information, and applicants should register.
1. Registration method
According to the job application, send the application materials in compressed file format to the resume receiving mailbox listed in attachment 1. The title of the email is "Position-Name-Gender-Graduate School-Degree-Current Year/Social Employment-Date of Birth".

(4) Fresh graduates shall provide graduates' employment recommendation form and unified recruitment certificate stamped by the competent employment department of college graduates (if "unified recruitment" is indicated on the employment recommendation form, unified recruitment certificate may not be issued). Students studying abroad are required to provide scanned copies of student ID cards or relevant certificates.
(5) social workers provide scanned copies of academic degree certificates.
(6) On-site postdoctoral doctors provide scanned copies of full-time certificates.
(7) with professional and technical positions, provide a scanned certificate.
2. Each person is limited to 1 post.
3. Deadline for registration: February 28th, 2022.
(2) qualification examination. All employers screen candidates according to their resumes, select the best candidates, and conduct preliminary examinations and qualification examinations.
(3) initial test.
Full-time teacher position: the recruitment team composed of all secondary colleges will conduct a preliminary test on qualified candidates, and the preliminary test will be conducted by means of interview and trial lecture. The recruitment team of the secondary college ranks the candidates according to their initial test. Candidates for re-examination shall be determined according to the ratio of 1:5, and those who are less than 1:5 shall be determined according to the actual number of people.
Counselor position: written test. According to the resume, the written test candidates are determined, and the written test does not specify reference books. Written test score 100, 60 or above is qualified, ranking according to written test score. Candidates for re-examination shall be determined according to the ratio of 1:5, and those who are less than 1:5 shall be determined according to the actual number of people.
(4) school re-examination. The second interview is conducted in the form of interview and trial lecture. According to the performance of the second interview, the candidate to be hired is recommended according to the ratio of no more than 1:3.
(5) According to the comprehensive performance, the school studies and determines the personnel to be hired.
(6) Conduct file review, investigation of teachers' morality and style, and physical examination of teachers' qualifications in Beijing (candidates must meet the physical examination standards for teachers' qualifications, and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by themselves).
(7) Publicize the list of persons to be hired for 7 working days.
(eight) after publicity without objection to the proposed personnel, according to the prescribed procedures for employment procedures, signed an employment contract.
Fourth, others.
1. The school will notify the finalists to participate in the selection and inspection and other related matters by telephone or SMS. Unqualified persons will not be notified separately. If the notification cannot be made due to poor communication, the applicant shall be responsible for the consequences.
2. Applicants should cooperate with open recruitment according to the time limit and requirements stipulated by our school. Candidates must obtain the corresponding academic degree certificate and report to our school before the end of 2022. If the registration is not completed within the prescribed time limit and requirements, the registration qualification will be cancelled.
3. Those who have not been dismissed from disciplinary action or are undergoing disciplinary review, the period of criminal punishment has not expired, or are suspected of violating the law and being investigated may not apply for the exam.
4. Applicants must strictly implement the national and Beijing epidemic prevention and control policies and actively cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control work in accordance with relevant requirements.
5. The personnel employed in this recruitment position are all career-based. The initial employment period is 6 years (including probation period), and the treatment is implemented according to the relevant regulations of Beijing and the school.
6. Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process, and candidates must provide real and effective personal information, relevant certificates, certificates and other materials. Anyone who does not meet the registration requirements or provides false information or forges relevant materials will be disqualified immediately upon discovery, and the candidates who have gone through the recruitment procedures will be disqualified, and all the consequences arising therefrom will be borne by the candidates themselves.
