Debt dispute. Liuzhou Sanpower Plaza project is not progressing smoothly because there is a debt dispute between Fang Kai and the contractor, which has not been resolved so far. Liuzhou Sanpower Plaza is a commercial complex product built by Sanpower Group. It makes use of the existing business district of the city and cooperates with the advantages of various industrial resources of the Group to provide a comprehensive square integrating shopping, catering, leisure, entertainment, culture and education for urban and rural residents.
