The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the Detailed Rules for the Physical Examination of Open Recruiters in Guangdong Province (Trial).
VI. Examining the candidates who have passed the physical examination, the employer shall, within 3 days, examine their ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance, including qualification review and assessment.
VII. Publicize the candidates who have passed the examination, physical examination and inspection, and the Baoan District Human Resources Bureau and the competent department of the employer will publicize them on the designated website for 7 days.
VIII. The employing unit shall go through the employee employment procedures for the personnel to be employed, and prepare the required materials and report them to the human resources department at the same level for the record within 3 months after the publicity. According to the conditions of Shenrenshefa [212] No.5, the doctors and technicians who are employed must work in this unit for 5 years.
IX. Wages and benefits and retirement benefits shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of Shenzhen, and the social endowment insurance system with basic social endowment insurance and occupational annuity system as the main contents shall be implemented for retirement. X.
