Third, the qualifications for admission

2. Being expelled from public office;

4. Being under review for making mistakes;

5. Failing to meet the requirements of the Interim Provisions of the Ministry of Personnel on Open Recruitment of Institutions (Order No.6 of the Ministry of Personnel in 2005);

6. Others that do not meet the requirements for registration.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) registration and qualification examination

(1) Registration time: March 9th from 20 10 to March 13, and every morning from 8:30 to1:30.

(3) Registration method:

1. On-site classification application. Applicants can only apply for one position according to their own wishes.

2. The original and photocopy of the applicant's valid ID card, graduation certificate and teacher qualification certificate required by the recruitment position. Returned overseas students shall register at the registration place with their valid identity documents, the Certificate of Returned Overseas Students issued by the Education and Culture Department (Group) of Chinese embassies (consulates) abroad, the certification certificate of foreign academic degrees issued by the Ministry of Education and the teacher qualification certificate required for recruitment positions, and other originals and photocopies. The ID card used at the time of registration must be the same as the ID card used at the time of examination.

3. When registering, I should fill in the Registration Form for Applicants in duplicate.

4. Applicants must take photos at the registration site.

(4) The ratio of the number of applicants to the number of recruits for each recruitment position shall not be less than 3: 1 in principle. If it does not reach 3: 1, the number of recruits will be reduced accordingly; If the proportion is still not reached after the reduction, the recruitment ratio shall be appropriately reduced or the recruitment plan shall be cancelled as appropriate. Relevant information will be published on Kaifeng Municipal People's Government Website, Kaifeng Personnel Information Website and Kaifeng Education Website before March 15, and applicants will not be notified separately. Candidates who apply to cancel the recruitment plan can re-select other positions before March 20. If they do not re-select within the specified time, they will be deemed to have given up automatically and returned the paid registration examination fee.

(5) This recruitment and qualification examination work runs through the whole process of examination and employment. The information and related materials provided by applicants at the time of registration must be true and effective. Whenever it is found that the qualifications of candidates do not meet the qualifications required for recruitment positions or the provided certification materials cannot determine their authenticity and reliability, they can cancel their examination and employment qualifications at any time and register their bad behaviors. Within two years, I shall not participate in all kinds of teacher recruitment examinations organized by Kaifeng City.

(6) Those who pass the registration qualification examination shall pay the examination fee of 90 yuan and the information collection fee of 12 yuan.

Rural absolute poor families and urban family members who enjoy the national minimum living allowance can be exempted from the registration examination fee. To apply for exemption from the registration examination fee, you need to provide the following materials: applicants from absolutely poor families in rural areas, submit the poverty certificate issued by the poverty alleviation office of the county (city, district) where the family is located and the file card (copy) of the basic situation of poor families; Applicants who enjoy the national minimum living guarantee for urban families shall submit the minimum living guarantee certificate and low guarantee (copy) issued by the civil affairs department of the county (city, district) where the family is located.

(7) Those who have passed the qualification examination for registration should log on to the website of Kaifeng Municipal People's Government, Kaifeng Personnel Information Network and Kaifeng Education Network before 20 10 to inquire about the time to receive the admission ticket, and hold their valid identity documents and registration examination fee receipts as required (applicants who are exempt from registration examination fees should use their valid identity documents) to collect the admission ticket at the original registration place. Those who fail to receive it within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up automatically.
