I was going to change my job, but I was delayed by the epidemic. Now I can only live in Beijing and struggle to survive. Still have to hurry to work to earn money, otherwise it won't last.

After the epidemic, it seems that everyone feels differently.

The news said that the lifting of the ban in Shanghai was orderly, and then there was a wave of resignation. A large number of migrant workers quit their jobs and went back to their hometown to work, and they are no longer outsiders.

I have a friend who works in Shanghai. He is 39 years old and earns 20,000 yuan a month. Although he has such a high salary, he can't support the expenses of his family in Shanghai. So now that it's unsealed, he wants to go back to his hometown and stop coming to Shanghai.

Before that, his parents and his wife told him to go back many times, so he wanted to earn more money by earning a higher salary here. But now think about it, although Shanghai has high wages, high expenses and low family income, the living expenses will be relatively lower.

Now the parents are old, the children are in primary school, the wife doesn't go to work, and she takes care of the elderly and children at home full time. Because the child is disobedient and doesn't like learning, his parents are often uncomfortable. His wife always complains to him, saying that she hopes my friend can go back to share with her and educate the child together.

Now that I think about it, since I can't take them to live in Shanghai, I'd better go back for the sake of my children and parents! In fact, it's quite sad to be alone in Shanghai in recent years. I can't get up in bed when I am sick, and I don't even have a glass of water. After working overtime in the middle of the night, I didn't even have a bowl of hot soup porridge. When you are hungry, eat a bag of instant noodles to support your stomach, and in the morning, you have to squeeze into a rental house to grab the toilet.

Now children's grades are not good, and if they are left unchecked, they will get worse and worse. It's better to go home and take care of the elderly, take care of the children and help the children learn with their wives.

My friend is actually depressed at the thought of going back. He worked in Shanghai for many years, and his initial idea was to settle in Shanghai. But now Shanghai's housing prices are too expensive, both in urban and suburban areas. With his current income, he can't afford to buy a house in Shanghai even if he stays. Fortunately, over the years, he has saved some money and bought a house at home. Now he doesn't have to worry about not having a house to live in when he goes home.
