Why did ZTE and Inspur Zhejiang University Network end their cooperation with Huai 'an?

ZTE and Inspur Zhejiang University Network Xin and Huai 'an ended their cooperation for the following reasons.

1, the development speed of digital science park is less than expected. Huai 'an Zhongxing Cyberport is planned to become the first "5G Digital Science Park" in the central and western parts of China, and its development speed is less than expected, resulting in the input-output ratio of relevant partners not meeting the expected target.

2. Insufficient industrial support. Huai 'an Zhongxing Cyberport has provided good support in infrastructure and policies, but the relevant industrial chains are insufficient and the ecosystem construction is not yet mature, which makes it difficult to support industrial agglomeration and rapid development.

3. The management mechanism is not perfect. The development of digital science park can not be separated from scientific and reasonable operation and management mechanism and mode, but Huai 'an Zhongxing Cyberport is still lacking in this respect, and the management mechanism and mode are not perfect and mature enough to promote industrial development.

4. Poor economic benefits. With the adjustment of ZTE's own business development strategy, it is difficult to achieve ideal economic benefits only by relying on the industrial park model. There is a problem in the balance of economic interests between the two sides, and the willingness to cooperate has declined slightly.
