Responsibilities of legal compliance post:

1. Be responsible for the legal compliance review of daily business, discover and prompt risks through the review, put forward corresponding risk mitigation suggestions, and revise supporting systems and texts;

2. Provide legal and compliance support for product innovation and legal compliance demonstration of major projects;

3. Track national laws, regulations and regulatory policies, and issue explanations and tips to business lines on major changes of laws, regulations and regulatory rules related to business;

4. Formulate and modify the standard contract text;

5. Responsible for contract management, supervision and inspection of contract performance and management;

6. Organize compliance risk assessment and draft departmental compliance risk assessment and management report;

Requirements:

1. Full-time bachelor's degree in law from key universities, master's degree or above is preferred;

At least 2.3 years working experience in legal affairs of financial institutions, corporate headquarters, law firms or civil and commercial trials;

3. Be familiar with national laws and regulations related to banking and litigation business, pass national lawyer qualification or national judicial examination, and obtain lawyer qualification certificate or legal professional qualification certificate;

4. Have good comprehensive analysis, research and writing skills, strong logical thinking ability, be able to independently draft various legal documents, and have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;

5. Experience in studying in Britain, the United States and France or foreign-related legal work is preferred;
