Here, the basic salary is several hundred, and marketing is based on performance commission, that is, there may be tens of thousands of people who do well this month, and only a few hundred people who do badly next month, but as far as I know, very few people can do well! )

3, when you have a certain performance in it, I will sign an internship contract with you (extremely informal, when signing, I found a bunch of obligations, and the right is only a few hundred yuan of poor basic salary! And if you have no performance in the future, you still have to find a way to let you go. )

4. When the internship period reaches a certain performance, it will be turned into a trial, and then it will become a full member after reaching a certain performance. I am an intern now, with a basic salary. I am going to take the civil service exam and find another job.
