The salary probation period is 2200 yuan per month, but generally you will get a commission in the third month. If you are good at learning, I will give you a commission in the second month. After you pass the interview, go to trial operation 1-3 days (depending on the region). After you pass the trial operation, get a good certificate and start working, and then arrange for you to go to Shenshan Base in Baiyun District, Guangzhou for 7 days of closed training.

Pay should focus on the place allocated to you. If the lots allocated to you are all residents' wages+commission, it will be 4000-6000.

If you are lucky and get a pile of office buildings, then you can send 10000-30000, which is proper.

Generally speaking, however, these places can hardly be found in Shenzhen, and it is not your company's turn to allocate lots according to your work performance.
