Training institutions are ordinary labor relations. If you are happy, you will leave if you are unhappy. It also depends on the boss's business philosophy. If it doesn't fit the company's business philosophy, it is also torture. A certain advantage is that there is more room for humanization and negotiation, and you can have a greater say in some work matters.

2. Career prospects. As far as teachers in public schools are concerned, there will be various grades and other progress assessments, depending on their own efforts and "luck", and the possibility of becoming a lifelong career is higher. If you train, the risk will be higher. In recent years, affected by various factors, the requirements for rectification have increased, and the threshold has been raised. Groups of small-cost training schools have collapsed, and Dalian Lock has also gone bankrupt. When the company (school) collapsed, the teachers lost their jobs.

In terms of social status, teachers in public schools are more respected; Teachers in training institutions are easily described by unreasonable parents as "just trying to coax children not to cry". In the mouth of relatives and friends, being a teacher in a public school is also a decent job. 4. From the perspective of income, I think it's all the same. It is always the truth to work hard and get more. The employment security of public schools will be much better. On the whole, the payment amount and welfare benefits of five insurances and one gold are much better than those of training schools, and there are paid winter and summer vacations; Schools that are not strictly managed can secretly do a sideline job to increase their income. The work and rest of the training school is just the opposite. Weekends, holidays, winter and summer vacations are the busiest. You are at work but your friends are on vacation, and your friends are at work.
