In order to prevent the epidemic from spreading through truck drivers' channels, a "white list" management system will be implemented for truck drivers arriving in Enping urban area and originating from Jiangmen from now on, and truck drivers within the "white list" can carry out cargo transportation tasks in Enping urban area. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, take the initiative to report and form a "white list"

Units and individuals with cargo transportation business in Enping area shall report to the town public service center the name, ID number, mobile phone number and other information of freight drivers who only carry out transportation business in Jiangmen city.

Truck drivers who arrive in Enping from outside Jiangmen should report the driver's name, ID number, mobile phone number, cargo departure place, receiving enterprise and other information to the local town public service center 24 hours in advance.

Towns are collecting the above list and putting qualified drivers on the "white list".

Second, the "white list" personnel requirements

Drivers living in enping city must meet the following conditions:

1. During the epidemic, drivers must live in the administrative area of our city and carry out "point-to-point" transportation;

2. The driver's health code and boarding card shall not be abnormal;

3. If you need to transport goods outside Jiangmen, you must have a negative nucleic acid test certificate in Guangdong within 48 hours when you return to Enping;

4. Complete vaccination of COVID-19 vaccine has been completed.

A truck driver who arrives at Enping from outside Jiangmen City shall meet the following conditions:

1. The driver must hold the green code of health code;

2. You must have a negative certificate of nucleic acid detection in Guangdong within 48 hours; After arriving in enping city, the nucleic acid test will be carried out "3 days and 2 tests", and those who have a bus pass will be tested "7 days and 3 tests";

3. travel itinerary shows that there is no foreign residence history within 14 days, and there is no domestic residence history in high-risk areas;

4. Complete vaccination of COVID-19 vaccine has been completed.

Three. Access requirements

Freight drivers operating in enping city must comply with the following provisions:

Implement the requirement of "do two things well, avoid one, and be timely". Do a good job: do a good job in health monitoring every day and register yourself, and go to the nucleic acid testing service point for nucleic acid testing as required; Take personal epidemic prevention measures when going out, wear masks, and have protective equipment and personal disinfection supplies on board. Avoidance: in principle, do not take public transportation such as buses and taxis, do not enter public closed places, and avoid attending parties, dinners and other parties. First, timely: once there are abnormal situations such as fever, cough and hypoesthesia, go to the hospital fever clinic for investigation in time;

Adhere to "point-to-point" operation and "two points and one line" management. When entering an industrial zone, a large wholesale market or a consignor's unit, you must scan the code for registration and avoid closed control zones and control zones except special tasks;

Implement vehicle disinfection at least once a day according to the specifications, and make registration;

If you leave Jiangmen to perform tasks, you must avoid high-risk areas, and enterprises or individuals should report to the local town public service center;

Receiving enterprises should urge truck drivers outside Jiangmen to implement 48-hour nucleic acid testing in Guangdong. If it has not been detected for more than 48 hours, it shall not pass through the area;

Outside Jiangmen, freight vehicles will be loaded, unloaded and parked in different regions.

Drivers of freight vehicles who violate the requirements of this circular will be removed from the "white list" and may not carry out cargo transportation tasks in enping city. If the responsibility for epidemic prevention is not implemented in place, resulting in the spread of the epidemic or other serious consequences, the responsibility will be seriously investigated according to law.
