According to the Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Gansu Province and the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Open Recruitment of Institutions in Lanzhou City (Trial), there are 868 staff members (including 40 managerial posts/kloc-0, 674 professional and technical posts and 54 ground-working skills posts) in 7 counties (districts) and 67 institutions directly under the municipal government in Lanzhou City. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the basic conditions of candidates

1. has the nationality of China people and enjoys the basic political rights of citizens;

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws and have good conduct;

3. Have the professional degree, professional knowledge and business ability required for the recruitment position;

4. Physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post;

5. The applicant is over 18 years old (born before 1 June, 9971);
