Why is there no earthquake in Guang 'an?

Kansai lies in the plain area. Chengdu, Nanchong and Guang 'an in Sichuan Province are the least prone to earthquakes, because they are located in plain areas, without high mountains, large-scale hollowing out and few natural disasters. They are all safe and sound, and these areas are not too big, and their home life is moderate, and their life and work are very comfortable and the conditions are not bad. They are the least likely places to have an earthquake.
