P&G interview experience sharing

Position Type: Marketing Supervisor

Interview location: Guangzhou

Recruitment company: Procter & Gamble Company

I heard that I can ask for an OFFER, so I will share my experience. The online application was completed on May 28th, and then a long, long wait was ushered in.

Later, I heard that a friend got the offer, but my mailbox is still blank every day. Actually, I'm a little anxious.

Wait until last June 19. Just when I felt hopeless, I suddenly received an interview call and asked me to go to 165438+ for an interview at 0: 30 the next day.

Although time is short, I started to prepare eight questions of P&G non-stop, made a brief list and prepared the corresponding English keywords.

I was very nervous on the eve of the interview. I kept reviewing the answers to the eight questions in my mind, thinking about how to answer them more concisely, whether I correctly understood what I wanted to ask the eight questions, and how to tell stories with the star principle.

The next day, I got up early to continue preparing eight questions, and arrived at P&G nearly an hour earlier than the interview time.

It was Sue who called me. When I arrived at the appointed 30th floor, I told her to pick me up and wait in the tea room. At that time, there were already three fresh meats sitting in the waiting room. As soon as Sue came up, she invited me and a man and a woman from the waiting room downstairs for an interview.

On the way downstairs, Sue will tell us in advance which interviewer to interview. Girls and I were assigned to the same female interviewer, and boys were assigned to another female interviewer. Interestingly, all three of us are students who graduated from CUHK.

The girls were called for an interview first, leaving me and the boys waiting in the teahouse for a long time. The boy said that he actually interviewed at 10:45, but he and I waited in the tea room for nearly half an hour.

It was not until the girls came out of the interview that the boys were called to the interview. After waiting for a while, both the boys and I were called to the conference room for an interview.

BM from Olay interviewed me, and he was very nice. After sitting down, she briefly read the welcome speech and interview process, and then let me introduce myself.

I asked her whether she wanted Chinese or English, and she said both. Because I prepared it in English, I naturally used English.

Then, according to my self-introduction, she asked me to tell one thing that I was most proud of and started a long chat along it. In fact, in the process of chatting, I am very relaxed and happy. I didn't feel that she was challenging me, just asked her some curious questions. I even jumped for a while in the middle and began to talk about independent bookstores in Guangzhou. At the end of the conversation, she asked me an English question and asked me to share my favorite place in the city where I studied in the United States (I studied in Boston before LZ). This question was completely out of my expectation, but I answered her quickly.

I thought she would continue to ask me eight other questions, but she said it was almost enough, and then let me ask her questions.

I asked her why she came to P&G? What did you get? She mentioned her interest in consumers, and we found that we have many common interests.

Because I was the last interviewer in the daytime (maybe the last interviewer in all BRM), at the end of the interview, she asked me if I wanted a bottle of water to drink.

In short, the whole process is very enjoyable, just like sharing experiences with friends. There is also a feeling of spring breeze after the interview.

Hope to receive the notice from both parties!
