After the municipal talent service “one-stop” platform accepts the application materials, the municipal human resources and social security department will be responsible for reviewing them. If the review matters involve the co-operation of other departments, they will be handled through internal transfer; all relevant departments must handle the matter after receiving the application materials. The verification will be completed and fed back to the municipal human resources and social security department within 5 working days from the date of submission;

The municipal human resources and social security department will make review opinions within 5 working days after receiving the feedback results from the co-organizing department.

All review procedures must be completed within 20 working days, and the review results will be published on the municipal government website and the website of the human resources and social security department for no less than 5 working days.

If there is no objection after public announcement or the objection is not established, the municipal human resources and social security department shall allocate the subsidy funds to the account of the employer or individual industrial and commercial household within 10 working days.
