Standard and method of heating fee collection in national time service center

In accordance with the spirit of the central government to build a conservation-oriented society, follow the principle of "whoever uses pays". According to the relevant provisions of China Academy of Sciences and Shaanxi Province and the actual situation of the time service center, these measures are formulated.

Article 1 All residents who live in the headquarters of Time Service Center, residential buildings and dormitories of Pucheng Time Service Department and enjoy central heating shall pay heating fees in accordance with regulations.

Article 2 The charging standard of heating fee is 2.5 yuan per square meter of building per month, and each heating period is calculated as four months. The dormitory charge standard is 300 yuan per person per heating season.

Article 3 The area of family building shall be subject to the area of real estate license approved by the real estate department. The residential area without real estate license is determined with reference to similar units. The construction area of the tenant of the time service department shall be subject to the area specified in the contract.

The fourth center graduate students live in student dormitories without heating subsidies and heating fees. If a single employee of this department or time service department lives in a dormitory (including student dormitory), the heating fee will be charged according to the standard of collective dormitory.

Article 5 The department or time service department of a single employee living in an apartment shall be charged according to the heating fee standard.

Article 6 If an employee rents out a house to another person to live in, the central headquarters or the clothing department will charge the owner of the house. Users who rent directly from the central headquarters or the timing service department shall pay the heating fee by the lessee.

Seventh long-term vacant houses, the owner must also pay the heating fee according to the standard.

Article 8 For the project employees who apply to work in the central headquarters or the time service department, the heating expenses shall be borne by the project team of the recruiter.

All fees collected should be submitted to the financial office or time service department of the center headquarters.

Eleventh households that should pay heating fees should pay them on time. Failing to pay the fee on time or refusing to pay the fee, the central headquarters or the time service department has the right to take corresponding measures to limit and punish it.
