Wave soldering is a batch PCB soldering process, which welds liquid tin melted at high temperature with components and plug-ins of PCB board. Wave soldering process includes four steps: flux spraying, precoating, wave soldering and cooling.

Reflow soldering is to permanently bond the components temporarily bonded to the pads on the circuit board through solder paste, which will be melted by hot air or other thermal radiation. Reflow welding has four welding processes: preheating, heat preservation, reflow welding and cooling.

Matters needing attention in wave soldering production;

1. Seriously accept the operation training of equipment manufacturers, and be able to operate wave soldering independently and skillfully;

2. Maintenance of spray system: clean the nozzle with alcohol every 8 hours during wave soldering and also when stopping;

3. The drawers on the spray box should be cleaned every once in a while;

4. When the alcohol pump is turned on, make sure that there is alcohol in the alcohol pump;

5. Raise the guide rail before moving the tin top furnace or widening the transport guide rail;

6. The height between the tin surface of the peak tin furnace and the upper edge of the peak tin furnace should be 10mm, and silver should be added in time when it is lower than 10mm;

7. Always check whether the distance between the transport rails is adjusted to suit the width of the circuit board;

8. All transmission and moving parts should be lubricated once a week (butter);

9. Every three months, add high-temperature butter to each connection and transmission gearbox;

1. Turn on a function button after startup to observe whether the transmission chain can operate normally, and turn on the temperature zone switch to observe whether the temperature in the temperature zone is heated normally;

2. Turn on the air after starting the machine;

3. After all the preparatory work is completed, try one or two products, and if there are no other abnormal conditions, you can start production;

4. When there is a fault in the operation, immediately contact the technical personnel to eliminate it;

5. It is forbidden to place flammable items such as alcohol in the furnace body and its vicinity, and it is forbidden to place heavy objects on flammable items and conveyor belts;

6. It is forbidden to approach the conveyor belt chain and touch the chain by hand;

7. In case of emergency, you must immediately press the red emergency stop buttons at both ends and immediately report to the superior supervisor or the technical personnel on duty;

8. When cleaning the dirt on the chain, avoid setting the temperature too high to avoid a fire when cleaning with alcohol;

9. When cleaning, pay attention to prevent hands or cloth from rolling into CV, and don't drive too fast;

10. Fire fighting equipment must be provided before the reflow furnace;
