The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: 1. The target and scope of introduction are full-time master's and doctoral students in colleges and universities, overseas returnees and staff of party and government organs, enterprises and institutions at all levels outside Guang 'an District. Second, the registration qualification conditions 1.
