What materials do Tongchuan special post teachers need to bring to confirm on the spot?

On-site confirmation and qualification examination:

1. Time: from the date of online qualification examination to May 27th (Saturday) 18:00. Candidates who have passed the online qualification examination must log in to the registration system before May 25th (Thursday) 18:00 and print out the Registration Form for Special Post Teachers (without the seal of the school or unit). During the on-site confirmation, they will go to the designated place in the application area and county with the Registration Form for Special Post Teachers and the required materials for on-site confirmation. Failure to confirm within the time limit is regarded as giving up the exam.

2. Location: Candidates applying for the new district are in the office of the New District Education Branch on the fourth floor of the office building of the New District Management Committee (No.Changhong Road 1 Tongchuan New District, Tel: 0919-3181255, contact: Teacher Tan); Candidates applying for Yaozhou District are located on the west side of the third floor of the office building of Yaozhou District Education and Sports Bureau (No.3 Xuegu Road, Yaozhou District1,Tel: 09 19-6 185732, Contact: Teacher Wang); Candidates applying for yintai district are in the Personnel Unit Office on the first floor of yintai district Education and Sports Bureau (Tel: 0919-4185213, contact: Teacher Liu); Candidates applying for yijun county are in the Personnel Unit Office on the second floor of yijun county Education and Sports Bureau (Tel: 09 19-5288 102, contact: Teacher Zhang).

3. Materials provided: Candidates must hold their ID card, registration card, graduation certificate (fresh graduates hold employment student recommendation form), degree certificate, original and photocopy of teacher qualification certificate (fresh graduates take the national unified examination of teacher qualification certificate, see Article 2 of the recruitment conditions), and also print the electronic registration record form of academic certificate of the Ministry of Education from the China Higher Education Student Information Network.
